Stacy Sherwood
Clinical Education Lead
Stacy provides strategic leadership for all platforms within the BLMK Health and Care Academy, supporting learners across Bedford, Luton, and Milton Keynes. As the founder of the Academy in 2020, she has played a pivotal role in its creation, development, and continued evolution. Designing innovative programmes that respond to the needs of both learners and the wider health and care system. Her work is centred on expanding access to meaningful learning opportunities, nurturing emerging talent, and inspiring the next generation of health and care professionals.

Abigail Dinner
Practice Educator
Abi maintains and expands current working practices within the BLMK Health and Care Academy for the Bedford and Luton area. This is inclusive of all on-site programmes, by sourcing placement areas and liaising with professionals from a variety of different backgrounds, to provide a comprehensive insight into careers in health and social care. Working closely with FE colleges to ensure students are well supported.

Jorden Ellis
Practice Education Facilitator
Jorden supports the running of the BLMK Health & Care Academy with a primary focus on academic outreach. Liaising with education providers to promote student engagement and uptake of the Academy programmes and raising awareness of careers in the health and social care sector. Creating an ambassador network of professionals to help inspire the next generation of health care talent.

Becci Walker
Practice Educator
Becci maintains and expands current working practices within the BLMK Health and Care Academy for the Milton Keynes area, working collaboratively with Abi. This is inclusive of all on-site programmes. She also leads on academic outreach and has oversight of ongoing work within the ambassador network and virtual academy platform, helping to inspire the future workforce within the health and social care sector.

Paul Raynor
Associate Director of Nursing
Paul leads the strategy for developing a resilient, skilled, and compassionate workforce. His role focuses on attracting, retaining, and growing talent across the care sector by aligning workforce planning with education, professional development, and leadership pathways. Paul is passionate about building inclusive, future-ready teams that deliver outstanding care, and works closely with system partners to ensure our people feel valued, supported, and equipped to thrive in an ever-evolving healthcare landscape.

Elijah Ogidi-OIu
Digital Learning Officer
Elijah supports the BLMK Health & Care Academy through digital innovation to ensure a smooth and enjoyable learning experience for students aged 14 plus. He also helps with creating digital marketing resources, and maintaining a positive brand perception for people who would interact with the academy, either physically or virtually.
